Our journey is coming to an end โ€ฆ almost! More than 900km are done, less than 300km to be walked. Weโ€™re in the final stretch of our hike. And we can feel it ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ My feet are slowly dissolving (whatever that means to you) and so are my shoes. Brunoโ€™s back is hurting. The temples are becoming less interesting. Writing Polarsteps is becoming a task, just like taking our mandatory selfies at the temples.

But (big BUT) we accept the challenge! These feelings, this โ€˜lowโ€™, itโ€™s all part of the journey ๐Ÿ‘ฃ Next Monday we will finish and be missing the time spent outside, our random conversations, the kindness of strangers, the exhaustion and maybe even the temples (big MAYBE here) ๐Ÿ˜

No more emotional ๐Ÿฆ€, back to our day: what a lazy day! Because we โ€˜onlyโ€™ had 15km to walk, we decided to take a detour and go to the beach in the morning. Unfortunately the beach was very much concrete and bushes and no sand so we had to skip that part ๐Ÿฅฒ After visiting our 3 temples for today we passed the time until check-in at different Kombinis or supermarkets ๐Ÿ›’ Tonightโ€™s accommodation is a really cool place, owned by a young family who built it themselves ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ Cheers!
